Mental Health Coaching
Faith-Based, Mental Health–Informed Support
This Mental Health Coaching package is designed for individuals navigating mental health challenges who are seeking faith-based support, emotional stabilization, and a safe first step before, or alongside, working with a licensed mental health professional.
This coaching provides structured support, emotional processing, coping strategies, and guidance while also recognizing when referrals to licensed professionals are necessary. It is especially suited for those who may feel hesitant, overwhelmed, or unsure about engaging traditional mental health services.
Scope of Support
Mental Health Coaching includes:
Emotional stabilization and support
Mental health–informed coaching conversations
Coping strategies and grounding tools
Identity and faith integration during mental health challenges
Emotional awareness and self-regulation development
Discernment around when additional care is needed
Referrals to licensed mental health professionals when appropriate
This coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, but it does acknowledge mental health realities and supports clients responsibly within scope.

12-Week Mental Health Coaching Program (Recommended)
This program provides consistency and continuity for those navigating ongoing mental health challenges.
Includes
One (1) 60-minute online session per week
Ongoing emotional support and accountability
Mental health–informed coaching tools
Faith-based encouragement and grounding
Referral guidance when clinical care is appropriate
Progress review and next-step planning at completion
Investment: $1,800 total
(Equivalent to $150 per session)
8-Week Mental Health Coaching Program
Designed for short-term support, stabilization, or transition into other care.
Includes
Eight (8) weekly 60-minute sessions
Emotional processing and coping support
Discernment and referral support if needed
Investment: $1,250 total
Important Ethical & Clinical Boundary
Mental Health Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care and does not replace treatment by a licensed mental health professional. This service does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health disorders. If, at any point, a higher level of care is required, referrals will be provided and encouraged.
Application Requirement
Because of the nature of mental health support, all clients must complete an application prior to acceptance to ensure this coaching is appropriate for their needs.

Weekly 60-minute, 1-on-1 session with a CINERGY certified and trained Conflict Management Coach, over a 6 week period.
Comprehensive conflict assessment to help identify the root causes of your conflicts.
Effective conflict resolution plan to help you address and resolve conflicts in a way that promotes understanding, empathy, and lasting positive outcomes for all parties involved.
Practice exercises and role-playing scenarios to help you develop effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
Unlimited guidance and support via email.
Ongoing feedback and monitoring progress to help you stay on track and reach your conflict resolution goals.
Biblical Principles for Conflict Resolution - We incorporate biblical principles for conflict resolution into our coaching sessions. We believe that by integrating these timeless truths, you can effectively resolve conflicts while strengthening your faith and relationship with God.

You have the ability to choose a 60 minute coaching session for any applicable topic.
One of the benefits to this option is you’ll get immediate 1-on-1 assistance. These 60 minute sessions are designed to address your specific life needs, concerns, and goals. We'll focus on what you want to discuss and work together to find practical solutions and strategies.
Our coaching session will reference biblical principles to provide guidance, encouragement, and direction for your life and faith journey.
The goal is for you to walk away from the session with actionable insights, practical tools, and practical steps to apply to your life and faith journey immediately.
